Services

What We Do

Six services. One connected process — so nothing falls through the cracks between them.

Custom packaging, sourcing, and logistics all touch the same project, but they’re rarely handled by the same partner. That’s usually where things slip — a factory that’s someone else’s responsibility, a shipment nobody’s tracking, a vendor who doesn’t know what the last one promised you. Warwick Link connects the six services below into one process. Use one part or all of them — start wherever you are.

01

Custom Packaging

Packaging is usually the last thing to get real attention and the first thing a customer touches — which is exactly why it goes wrong so often: a supplier who can’t hold your spec, a box that looks right on screen but doesn’t survive freight, a reorder that quietly stops matching the first run. We design and produce packaging end to end, so the version that ships is the version you approved.

02

Apparel, Merchandise & Branding

Branded goods usually mean a separate vendor for every component — buttons from one factory, patches from another, labels from a third — and hoping they all arrive on time and actually match. We source and produce apparel trims and branded merchandise as one coordinated order, not six separate ones you have to track yourself.

03

Corporate Gifting & Custom Kits

A gifting or kitting program almost always has a hard deadline attached — a launch, an event, a holiday — which is exactly when a vendor going quiet costs the most. We handle design, sourcing, production, and delivery for gifting and kit programs as one project on one timeline, not a pile of separate purchase orders you have to keep in sync.

04

Global Sourcing

Finding a factory is the easy part. Knowing whether it can actually hold your spec, your quality bar, and your timeline is the part that goes wrong. We vet, compare, and manage manufacturing partners on your behalf — mainly across our China production network, extending to other markets as your sourcing does.

Factory vetting & management Cost comparisons & negotiation Production coordination Procurement support Quality control
05

Freight & Customs

A shipment can clear the factory floor perfectly and still sit for days at a border because nobody flagged the paperwork in time. We coordinate freight and customs clearance alongside production — working with the appropriate customs and logistics partners — so documentation is handled ahead of time, not scrambled at the last minute.

06

Fulfillment & Distribution

Getting a product made and shipped only helps if it actually ends up where — and how — it needs to. We handle warehousing and fulfillment so a finished order doesn’t land back on your desk as a logistics problem you now have to solve yourself.

You don’t have to start at the beginning, and you don’t have to use all six.

Come to us with an idea, an existing supplier, or a product that’s already in production — we can pick up wherever you are, for one part of the process or the whole thing. If you’re not sure which of these fits, that’s a completely normal place to start too.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before reaching out.

Getting Started

Do I need to use all of Warwick Link's services?

No. Work with us for one part of the process or several. We can support an existing supply chain, fill a specific gap, or coordinate the process end to end.

What makes Warwick Link different from a sourcing agent or freight forwarder?

We're not limited to finding a supplier or moving a shipment. Warwick Link connects sourcing, production, packaging, quality control, and logistics, while helping clients evaluate the options and trade-offs along the way.

Sourcing & Manufacturing

Where does Warwick Link source and manufacture products?

Our manufacturing network is strongest in China, with sourcing capabilities in other markets depending on the product and project requirements. Today, that network runs strongest between China and North America, and the same model extends as your sourcing does.

Can Warwick Link work with my existing manufacturer or supplier?

Absolutely. You don't need to switch suppliers to work with us. We can step in for custom packaging, quality control, freight, customs, fulfillment, or other parts of the supply chain where you need support.

What types of products can Warwick Link source or produce?

Our work spans custom packaging, apparel and branded merchandise, corporate gifting, onboarding and PR kits, promotional products, event materials, and other custom physical goods. For more specialized products, we assess feasibility before recommending an approach.

How long does a typical project take, from concept to delivery?

Timelines vary by product complexity, but most projects move from concept to delivery in roughly 8 to 16 weeks, including sampling, production, and shipping.

Quality & Compliance

Does Warwick Link handle quality control in China?

Yes. Depending on the project, we can coordinate sample approvals, production checks, and pre-shipment quality inspections before goods leave the manufacturer.

How is quality managed when manufacturing overseas?

We coordinate sample approvals, in-production checks, and pre-shipment inspections, so issues are caught before goods leave the manufacturer rather than after they arrive.

Logistics, Freight & Fulfillment

Can Warwick Link handle freight and customs?

Yes. We coordinate air, ocean, and express freight, along with customs documentation, clearance support, and final delivery based on the destination and shipment requirements.

Can you manage a project from sourcing through delivery?

Yes. Warwick Link can coordinate sourcing, sampling, manufacturing, packaging, quality control, freight, customs, and final delivery, or manage only the parts you need.

Do you handle fulfillment or warehousing?

Yes, depending on the project we can coordinate warehousing and pick-and-pack fulfillment alongside freight, so finished goods move directly to where they need to go.

Working With Us

Who does Warwick Link typically work with?

Growing brands launching or scaling a product, marketing and brand teams running campaigns or gifting programs, operations and procurement teams coordinating suppliers, and agencies or creative teams that need an idea made physical.

Is Warwick Link only for China-based manufacturing?

Today our network runs strongest between China and North America, but the same model extends as your sourcing needs do — we're not limited to a single country or region.

Can one company really handle sourcing, packaging, freight, and customs together?

Yes — that's the core of how Warwick Link works. Instead of coordinating separate vendors for each step, we connect sourcing, production, packaging, quality control, and logistics into one process.
